I am a Customer Service Representative. My responsibility is to assist with anything our clients may need. This involves anything from handling changes to their policy or renewal, listening to their questions and concerns, providing them with prompt responses, and resolving any issues that come up in their day-to-day needs.
Clients love when their issues are resolved quickly — this is something that I strive to do here every day! With each and every phone call or email correspondence, I’m always on top of it so I can get clients what they need as soon as possible. Providing efficient and effective solutions is what I’m known for at this company.
