I am an Account Manager for Rob Welbourn at The Wooditch Company; my number one job here is to take care of the customer’s needs. In my position, one day never looks like the other. It is up to me to utilize my training, knowledge, and resources to seek out answers, solve problems and “close the circle” with clients as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

I give exceptional customer service by simply doing what I say I am going to do: I pick up the phone. I send the email. I “close the circle”. I create the reliability factor that is needed in order to maintain Rob’s exclusive renewals.

One of the qualities I bring to The Wooditch Company is my thirst for knowledge. I’ll be the first to tell you I do not know all the answers, but I’ll tell you one thing – I will find them!
