We believe in constructing a “Triangle of Account-ability” between carrier, client and broker. In this regard, each member of The Wooditch Group who is involved with a particular client will personally commit, in writing, to perform specific services. This service document becomes part of an overarching service contract from The Wooditch Group. Our contract is designed in conjunction with, and as a supplement to, those services provided by our carrier. At all times this design is flexible and malleable to the needs of our client. We strongly urge prospective clients to interface with our clients and carriers. The purpose of this interface is to provide the necessary familiarity in order to allow all parties to make an informed decision with regard to an insurance-related transaction. The consistent delivery of our client service commitments creates the genesis for a bond of trust between TWG and our clients. Trust is earned, not granted. We must always remember that ours is and always will be, a relationship driven business!
