As a Client Service Representative, I bridge the gap between carriers and clients. I take pride in the ever-challenging task of understanding both sides of the coin; recognizing and anticipating the needs of our clients and successfully translating those needs to the perfect fitting insurance carrier. Surprisingly, the high standard of customer service upheld at The Wooditch Company was one I was previously familiar with.
Upon receiving my Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University in Recreation and Tourism Management my studies led me to work for The Disneyland Resort for 5 years. Gaining knowledge and experience from 3 different departments within such a customer service-oriented company I never would have thought I was preparing for my true calling in insurance.
The supportive family and fun culture of The Wooditch Company are aspects that I cannot praise enough. They make me excited to come to work and give 110%. But, when I’m not working I can be found listening to 1960’s classics on my record player. Whether listening to music or discussing insurance coverage every day is a “Magical Day”.
